Wedding Packages

Starting at $1,250 this package includes an 11×14 watercolor portrait of the ceremony moment of your choice. It includes up to 4 hours of live painting time and 3-5 additional hours of studio time.

Starting at $1,600 this package includes a 16×20 watercolor portrait of a ceremony moment of your choice. It also includes up to 4 hours of live painting time and 5-8 additional studio hours.

Starting at $2,000 this package includes an 18×24 watercolor portrait of a ceremony moment of your choice. This includes 4 hours of live painting time and 8-12 additional studio hours.

Starting at $2,500 depending upon your guest count, this includes a 5×7 marker sketch for guests or couples.
What is Live Wedding Painting?
This is a new and unique way to not only capture a special moment of this day, but to also entertain your guests! I have two options for live painting:
The Couple Portrait or Guest Sketches.
*I currently only travel to locations that are within a 2 hour range from the Broken Arrow/Tulsa, OK area.
HOW IT WORKS:
I will arrive 30-45 minutes before your wedding starts to set up and prepare. For the couple portrait, I will request a few reference photos leading up to the wedding so that I can pre-sketch the portrait before arriving on the day of. Engagement photos are great for this. Pre-sketching can be a game changer for my progress at the wedding and allows for a more accurate painting. Once I arrive, I can adjust the sketch as needed and start painting for the remainder of the time paid for. For the guest sketches, my assistant will help me take pictures of the guests as they come to my table and we will create as many portraits as possible within the time frame. I will work from the photos to create quick- marker illustrations as a party favor for your guests. With my assistant, we can make about 10-15 sketches per hour.

I will take the couple portrait home for final touches and wrapping. Then, the portrait (and potential add-ons) will be delivered or shipped. If any guest portraits are not completed within the time, additional portraits will be finished at home and then mailed to the couple post-wedding to disperse.
*If I am unavailable on your wedding date, you can always order a custom portrait post-wedding here. Another option could be to create paintings or sketches before the wedding depending on what you are looking for. There is almost always some kind of option available, so if you’re set on having unique paintings or gifts, LET’S CHAT!
-A NOTE ABOUT DATES
The busiest months go first.
April, May, and October are often the most popular months for weddings. If live painting is an experience that you know you want at your wedding, reach out as early as possible. There is also limited availability in December. I recommend booking a full year in advance.
Our homes hold so many memories. Those memories deserve to be captured.

Home portraits will be completed with sky and landscaping.
Portraits are painted with watercolors on 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper.
There are zero refunds on custom orders.
By ordering, you’re accepting that I am recreating a picture in my own watercolor painting style. There may be slight differences. I will send a photo of the final portrait and you can have up to 2 minor tweaks made. Any additional rounds of tweaks will require payment of $25.
***We’re both set up for success when you provide one exact and accurate reference photo to work from.***

Hand-painted Custom Ceramic Ornament
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
All orders will be painted and shipped in the order they are received.
DETAILS:
Your paintings will come on 3 inch ceramic flat circle ornaments, completed with a velvet ribbon (red, green, blue, or off white). Painted with watercolors and or gouache.
Each ornament will come in a small canvas keepsake bag and be boxed, perfect for gifting or storage for each holiday season.
ARTWORK REQUEST - when ordering, there will be a form to fill out. I will ask you for your email and phone number. First contact is always through email. Please check your junk mail within 24 hours if you haven’t received an email asking for reference photos. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will text for a photo.
***Please have photos ready for me.***
I will paint the ornament according to the photo. If you have particular details you'd like painted on your ornament, please be specific. Otherwise, I'll use my best artistic judgement when composing your ornament. Please see my Instagram page (@kristihollanddesigns) to see my artistic style for homes, pets, etc. The ornament paintings will be slightly less detailed and more flowy or abstract due to the small space. If you want specific houses, dogs, etc. included on your ornament, reference photos are required.

*Custom Orders will not be refunded.
WHAT CAN GO ON YOUR ORNAMENT(S)?:
Homes, pets, flowers, citrus, and landscapes can be ordered. No people at this time. Single subjects only, please.

You may choose your ribbon color in the drop down menu.
Each ornament will have “2024” on the back bottom area of the ornament.
Front and back are sealed for protection.
Pets are a very important part of our lives. Whether they’re still with us or not, they deserve a special moment with a pet portrait.
You can choose from a variety of sizes. If you do not see a size or pet # option that you are looking for, please email me at kristi@kristihollanddesigns.com.
All pet portraits are completed WITHOUT a background.
If you’d like a background, please email me at kristi@kristihollanddesigns.com. There will be an additional charge depending on the size ordered that I can invoice you for.
