I have always loved art. I had dreamed of being an artist when I was younger, but never really thought I could make that work out. I chose to minor in Studio Art at Oklahoma State University - mostly just for fun. I loved exploring all of the different art mediums while I was taking those classes. I still have many of the art pieces from college today! After I graduated, I got married and then a year later had our first child. After I had my daughter, I got my watercolor supplies out and started to paint again. It was refreshing to do something other than watch tv or rest while my baby napped.

One of my friends ended up asking me to paint a few pictures as wedding gifts and all the sudden there was a flood of friends and family who needed gifts as well. 

That was over ten years ago. My style is continually changing as I learn new techniques and as I find what I am truly passionate about. I hope to find time to not only do custom orders, and live paintings, but also to paint collections based on the travels I take with my family.

Paintings can hold all kinds of memories. My goal is to create artwork that you will enjoy to have in your home for years to come.
